1. Unless an item is out of stock, all orders placed through this store are non-changeable/non-cancellable/refundable/cancellable/exchangeable.
2. Please complete payment within 24 hours of placing your order and send proof of payment to our WhatsApp number (+852) 6144 3601. We will only place the order after verification. Unless there is insufficient supply, all purchases will be processed according to the time of successful payment. ( Click here for payment information )
3. When making the payment, please remember to fill in the 'Recipient's Phone Number/Recipient's Name' in the remarks column. If this is not filled in, we will not be able to confirm the payment, and any unconfirmed payments will not be refunded!
4. If the quantity of goods is insufficient, regardless of the order of ordering, our store reserves the right to prioritize supplying goods to customers who purchase at full price and to adjust the quantity of your order.
5. All orders are purchased manually and are not covered by insurance, nor are they guaranteed for quality issues. Customers should consider and understand the risks before placing an order. Our store promises a full refund if an item is out of stock.
6. The product images provided by this store are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual products. Please do not pay if you mind.
7. As all goods are purchased manually, some selected items may be without film. Please check before placing an order. Thank you.
8. According to Japan's anti-resale regulations, the original packaging film of items purchased from electronics stores and other shops must be opened. If the opening of the packaging film is insufficient to damage the integrity of the goods inside the box, it will not be considered a damaged product, and our store will ship randomly without refund.
9. SF Express (cash on delivery) or EasyPickup will ship the goods within 3 working days after they arrive in Hong Kong. All prices do not include local shipping costs within Hong Kong.
10. Goods may be delayed in arriving in Hong Kong due to various factors, including but not limited to those listed above, such as delayed delivery by the Japanese store, customs clearance, random inspections, holidays, weather, and other uncontrollable circumstances. Please consider this carefully before making payment.
11. Please note that our store does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong and Japan.
12. Due to limited manpower, self-pickup must be completed on the specified date and time. We will notify customers of the details upon arrival. After arrival, we will only hold the goods for 14 days, after which a storage fee of $10 will be charged per day. If the goods are not picked up within 30 days, they will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to resell them. All payments already made will not be refunded.
13. Please note that prices in the Japanese Pokemon TCG market fluctuate significantly. Our store may adjust prices according to market demand, so please take note. Customers who have already paid a deposit will not be charged additional fees.
14. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, we will issue an arrival notice. Please pay the balance by the date and time specified in the notice. Failure to collect the goods/pay the balance by the deadline will be considered an abandoned order, and we reserve the right to resell the goods. All outstanding payments will not be refunded. (*Due to fluctuations in TCG market prices, the deadline for final payment is relatively short. Please take note. Thank you for your understanding.)
15. All promotional/discount offers in this store cannot be combined.
16. This store reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all service and product details provided by this store.
